Important note: Our delivery drivers are the best in the business, doing a really tough job in all weathers. Providing you don’t ask them to tackle an “assault course” of obstacles across your property they will deliver this product to pretty much wherever you ask them to.

    How to Use

    • 1.

      Make sure your combustion chamber is free of any existing debris or soot from your last fire by cleaning it thoroughly. Removing all remaining ash from the fire grate and ash pan.

    • 2.

      Place firelighters on the grate then surround them with kindling stacking them to allow airflow through and light the firelighters.

    • 3.

      Once the kindling is burning and has strong flames place a generous amount of fuel on top and around the burning kindling. Ensuring your appliance air setting are fully open. Do not fill the fire chamber with fuel at this point.

    • 4.

      When the fuel is burning thoroughly and a good hot bed has been established addition fuel may now be added, ensuring the air setting remain fully open.

    • 5.

      Once the fire is providing a good amount of flame and heat the appliance air settings can now be reduced to the desired level. If the fire dies down too quickly adjust the air setting to compensate. Further detailed instructions on how to light your appliance can be found in your stove manufacturer instructions.
